Realme will launch its first high-end flagship, aka Realme X2 Pro, in China on October 15 and it will bring it to India in December – possibly along with the Realme XT 730G. Realme India CEO Madhav Sheth has taken to Twitter to confirm that the Realme X2 Pro with Snapdragon 855+ and 90Hz display is  coming to India in December. That’s not very surprising though. The phone in question has already been spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standards certification website, hinting at an imminent launch.

Realme has already confirmed the marquee features of the Realme X2 Pro. The company has also shared the phone’s first official rende and by the looks of it, the Realme X2 Pro is set to get an all-glass treatment like the Realme XT. The phone will come in blue at least, and it will come with a centrally aligned quad camera setup on the back. We still don’t know what its front will look like but rumour has it that the Realme X2 Pro will have a waterdrop-style notch and an in-display fingerprint scanner for biometric authentication.

The Realme X2 Pro will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ processor and it will have a 90Hz display like the recently launched OnePlus 7T. Realme has also confirmed that the Realme X2 Pro will come with a 64MP quad rear camera setup with a dedicated telephoto camera for 20x zoom and support 50W fast charging. Lastly, the Realme X2 Pro will also come with dual stereo speakers and Dolby Atmos out-of-the-box.

The way that the Realme X2 Pro is shaping, it looks like Realme is prepping a full-on flagship to take on the likes of the Redmi K20 Pro and OnePlus 7T.

Elsewhere, Realme is also gearing to launch the Realme XT 730G in India in December. This will be an even more powerful take on the Realme XT. The Realme XT 730G will boast of the same design as well as the same 64MP quad camera setup, but there will be a faster processor inside as well as faster charging.
